Our Name & Logo
“Like the proverbial pebble dropped into a still pond, the shifts of consciousness we make in our personal lives send out small but important waves that ripple through the whole world.”
- Shakti Gawain
We believe that humans were designed to live in a calm, curious, compassionate, connected, confident, creative, and courageous space. In this clear state of being, we can live as our true, empowered selves and in a state of internal equanimity, thus living harmoniously with ourselves and others. Unfortunately, unless we practice strategies to maintain tranquility when distressed, we often feel at war with ourselves and others. While we try to defend ourselves from our deepest hurts temporarily, this combativeness cannot serve to heal our pain successfully. Therefore, our work at Renewed Harmony invites educators to recover their true selves by having courageous conversations about the core values and core wounds that have shaped their experiences. We encourage teachers to examine intimate and vulnerable spaces in a safe environment so that their original state of harmony can be renewed along with their professional passion. As we unpack the invisible barriers that unconsciously impact school performance, we embark on a journey toward dismantling the discord within ourselves and between each other to accelerate achievement for all.
